Papers sobre Geographic Information Retrieval

GIR (Geographic Information Retrieval) es un área bastante nueva de investigación aplicada. En particular tiene que ver en que los documentos aportan de forma automática o manual descriptores o atributos que permiten establecer vínculos entre algunos de sus párrafos o entidades y coordenadas geográficas. Así, de esta manera se abre otra importante línea de trabajo que tiene que ver, por supuesto, con interfases de texto y gráficas, con reconocimiento de entidades geolocalizables, con nuevas métricas de evaluación, entre otros temas.

En particular me interesa esta área de conocimiento, por eso en este espacio me estoy armando un pequeño listado de papers sobre el tema.
